When you purchase an item through our website, you are entitled to Haworth 30-Day Return Guarantee. This means that if, for any reason, the product is not as you expected, you can return it for a store credit equal to the purchase price of the item. It’s just one more way we like to offer peace of mind to our customers because we know what it’s like to buy an instrument you haven’t had the chance to play yet!
* This guarantee does not apply to custom-made gear or smaller accessory items. The item must still be in its original packaging as it was sent to the customer. The customer is responsible for returning the product to Haworth Guitars at their own expense. If the customer requests a refund, a restocking fee of 30% will apply. This may not apply to externally financed items (GE, Studio 19, etc.). Please contact us for further details.
