Tuner it myself with an online tuning app bc the manufacturers and distributors don’t tune it for u (which is fair because it’s your guitar, your experience). So I though that was incredible. It was well packaged, no damage . But also no instruction for beginners to put the whammy on which sucked because I had no idea where it when, only what it did Would definitely recommend this place, highly trusted as they refused to ship a guitar to me that didn’t pass their quality check. However they didnt communicate that to me which left me waiting and wondering what was going on after a few enquires . Never the less, service is extremely great. They got back to me and I have my guitar now, and I’m beyond satisfied. Thank u team!
